Bug in KDM Theme Manager?

Hi all,

I was recently messing around in the System Settings program and I noticed
that if you go to KMenu->System Settings->Appearance->KDM Theme Manager,
there is a box that says "Click the 'Administrator Mode' button to allow
modifications." The problem is that I do not see an "Administrator Mode"
button anywhere in the window. However, in other categories I can see and
successfully use the "Administrator Mode" button. Is this universal or am I
the only that is missing the button? Open your System Settings and try it
out...

Thanks,
Andrew
