aptitude & bash completion

The aptitude completion is defined in /etc/bash_completion and I have the 
following lines:
# Debian aptitude(1) completion
#
have aptitude && {
have grep-status && {

So you need aptitude -I guess this one is done- and grep-status. So maybe you 
need to install dctrl-tools which provides /usr/bin/grep-status. If this 
still doesn't work, let me know.
