KAudioCreator and Mp3 player playing order

KAudioCreator uses LAME for MP3 encoding.  Go to Settings, Configure
KAudioEncoder, Encoder, then click LAME.  You can configure the
command-line options.  If LAME can handle ID3v2, there'll be an option
for it, but you have to find it...
