Feisty Version Upgrade

I was running Kubuntu Edgy, and decided to try the upgrade to Feisty.  It
seemed that everything went well, but this morning I had a large upgrade to
install from adept.  It states that a new version is available, but when I
try installing it it says that it cannot download the release announcement.
Anyone have any ideas?
