how to specify tv-out as primary monitor using fglrx?

I have finally successfully set up my tv-out connection, using two commands:

sudo aticonfig --initial=dual-head --tvf=PAL-B --tvs=VIDEO
sudo aticonfig --desktop-setup=clone

However, my lcd is still primary monitor, not the tv, so I get video playback 
on the monitor and NOT on tv using Kaffeine and many other players.

How do I setup the TV as my primary monitor?
