CD doesn't start

Du to the fact I cannor reply on Jay Ridgley mailing directly, I am using this way to inform Jay,

Dear Reader(s), Hi Jay,

Have not I send you already an answer to look at the
http://www.debian.org/ from there you can download a boot and a root
diskette which can point you to your install CD.
Maybe you can go for a 'smal' installation with Redhat 7.3, a very good
package, especially on slow machines, and add later on the (K)Ubuntu
installation. It is for sure that you can get access to the CD fromout
Redhat 7.3 and you can mount this CD directly from Redhat and/or mount
with a linux boot disk (debian) your partition where you have put your
CD installation CD (Copy all the files to an installation partition.

Of course you also could make use of a Network Share NFS or SMB share
where you can pinpoint to via (again) the Debian bootdisks. (Network
installation via FTP, NFS or SMB.
