First make sure the bios will boot scsi first. Now you need the driver 
loaded for your scsi card before the OS can see the drives. When you get 
to the place where it fails to find drives, partitioner?, change to 
another tty and see if the module is loaded for the scsi card, and if it 
isn't modprobe the module.
