When you have access to a SuSE or a Fedora startup CD you will be able to
Check the whole (installation)CD.
Sometimes it happens that the maximum speed of your writer exceed the
readability of some CD-ROM readers, especially if your CD is a rewritable
one. (Write your CD at a lower speed).
It also will be possible to mount your ISO-file directly fromout a LINUX
prompt doing the following:
Boot with the (K)Ubuntu CD, press Ctrl + Alt + F1 to get a terminal screen
(prompt) then define the following command:
mount -o loop -t iso9660 <isofilename> <mountpoint>
(mount -o loop -t iso9660 /dev/hda1/iso-breezy /dev/hda3/install) The
install directory MUST exist.
In that case you NEED to know on which device you have placed the ISO-file
and OF Course the mountpoint for example "/dev/hda3/install" must exist.
Once again goodluck with this installation,
Harry,
