Automatic mounting

Im using kde 355 on dapper, and I have a problem with mounting of removeable
media.

KDE is mounting *every* connected device automatically at login, and then
leaving them mounted after logout. This causes problems for the next user:
they cant eject the CD because it is still mounted by the first user.

Is there any way to get KDE to automatically unmount everything mounted by
that user at logout? Second best, is there any way to prevent it mounting
everything at login?
