Strange you should mention that. I have just bought a Palm Z22 and am
having the same problems.
Using Kpilot it will sometime sync and most times not. I have had the
most success by quitting Kpilot, and the daemon, if it's still running
(sometimes it is sometimes it isn't) and restarting Kpilot when I next
want to sync.
However, sometimes the Kpilot daemon doesn't kick in (Kpilot gives an
error message stating so) and I the have to start it from the cmd line -
it is actually 'kpilotDaemon').
I'm sure that it is a bug with Kpilot as if I use Evolution (and have
gpilotd running) then the Palm syncs every time.
If you find a fix let us know.
