I did some research and Linex is uninstallable because it doesn't exist and

I take it you actually mean linux kubuntu, it isn't a program it's an
operating system there is a huge difference.
If you really need to get rid of it and install something like windows so you
can enjoy all the lovely worms, viruses and malware like other people then
you need to find either a floppy or a bootable cd with one of Microsofts
operating systems on it and run fdisk and format. A quick use of that funny
thing called a search engine will show you how to do it.
