Missing kde taskbar

I managed to recover the TasBask and System Tray (it also had gone
away) this way:

1 - right click
2 - add to pannel
3 - applet
4 - taskbar
5 - system tray

For the K Menu Button:

1 - right click
2 - add to pannel
3 - special button
4 - K Menu
