Hi all:
I have just completed a install of Kubuntu 5.04. The install had no errors
reported, I have a Gigabyte GA-7N400 Pro2 motherboard with built in sound.
The sound chip is the Nvidia nForce2 with a Realtek ALC655 rev0 sound chip. I
have tried all the settings in control center and have kmix sliders set to
max. I have done several reboots with no errors reported. This is my first
kubuntu install, and only my second debian istall. I fell like a fish out of
water and do not know what to do to troubleshoot and fix this problem. Could
someone help me get this working. Thanks for your help.
