Deb Package and Launchpad

I think I managed, I created the files in the debian directory and ran 
the fakeroot command debian / rules clean and debuild -S climbed the 
file, I'll do more tests and create a documentation in Portuguese.

If anyone has any suggestions, feel free to respond to this email
