Well trusty -> utopic -> plasma5 is a special usecase as several things
changed between trusty and utopic and even moreso with plasma5. I honestly
have not done this myself, so perhaps a WARNING on the wiki stating this
usecase is known to cause problems and it is advised to do a fresh install. At
least until someone can sit down and come up with a better plan.
