KF5 tech preview is a wrap, branches in bzr

Thanks to the top efforts of Scarlett and others KDE Frameworks 5 is now all packaged.

I've put the packaging into bzr in our normal place

I put kbzr in my path to make checking out easier, it's a simple script from 
bzr co lp:kubuntu-dev-tools

You can use bzr-buildpackage-ppa to build the package with ~ppa1 added to the version number.  It's in kubuntu-automation
lp:~kubuntu-packagers/+junk/kubuntu-automation/

Next step is to update kubuntu-automation to automate the packaging of KF5 tars.
