Trusty Merges

Hi folks,
I see a general approval of doing targeted merges, but I see nothing
on the trello indicating what we're merging, and what delaying; just
one card saying we are delaying.
Since there is barely a week until 4.12 beta1 tagging; what is the
final decision?
