Blue Shell PPA for Firefox -- package name confusion

It's not politics. For security reasons, packages in the archive aren't
allowed to autoinstall from PPAs. The KDE Firefox patches were dropped from
the Ubuntu archive Firefox due to the amount of work it took to keep them up
to date and integrated with new Firefox releases. If someone from the
community were willing to commit to do that work, I think it would be worth
discussing with the Mozilla team about getting them back in.
