Blue Shell PPA for Firefox -- package name confusion

Is it possible to include the ppa as part of the firefox-installer that
comes on the iso? would it be possible for the firefox-installer to
install this firefox-kde and have firefox be a separate package? Could
firefox-kde be put on the standard kubuntu servers since it would be a
different package than firefox and skip the whole ppa part to begin with?
This would be ideal from a user point of view, and would simplify things
for the end-user greatly. I don't know if any of this is possible from a
canonical point of view or a kubuntu point of view and the politics
therein, but now that we are truely a community version couldn't we just do
it anyway?
