Does Kubuntu's package manager not pop up a legal warning like
Ubuntu's does if you install the non-free and patented codecs? Ubuntu
tells you that you might be on legally shaky ground and asks whether
you're sure you want to continue when you install I think it was
ubuntu-restricted-extras.
