5 kubuntu polish suggestions

I'm not sure if this thread is open for discussion (Its one of the more
interesting emails I've read lately) but here's my feedback.
1. I'm an avid Firefox user, and I'd be a fan of it being installed, but I
understand the loyalty to Konqueror, so I'm neutral on this one.
2. I find four desktops overkill and I would be a fan of making two
desktops default instead of 4. Icons don't matter to me.
3. Window list while switching desktops is unimportant to me.
4. +1 for any performance boosts if it doesn't hinder compatibility
5. Vote no to RSIBreak.
