More Kubuntu Netbook stuff

I've made a couple of wiki pages to help reinforce the idea that Kubuntu 
Netbook Edition exists.

are trying to accomplish.

https://wiki.kubuntu.org/Kubuntu/Netbook/HardwareTesting is meant to capture 
test reports for different netbooks.  I did the first one to show what we're 
after.
