I think it is Okay for not providing kde bug-fix releases in -updates,
but why not provide them in -backports?
The difference between official karmic-backports and ppa-backports is:
official -backports will be syncronized to mirrors all-over the world,
thus have a much fast download speed to most users. Whilst ppa website
may be very slow for some contries.
I hope the kde bug-fix releases can be in official -backports, thanks!
