Flash and Konqi

Ok I'm a little confused still on Flash and Konqi.... Should I be using the 
flashplugin or should I be using Gnash?  I've tried both and neither seem to 
be working on my system.

When I install Gnash along with the plugin for Konqi and visit pandora.com to 
listen to my radio station I created there I get a note that ksplash has 
stopped by playing 

If i i have the flashplugin installed and visit that site, then I get asked if 
i want to download the flash plugin from the Adobe site.

I'm getting completly frustated w/ all these problems.  I've never had some 
many difficultiies getting Kubuntu to work.
