Tribe 5 Release Notes

I have completed the release notes to the best of my current ability and I 
apologize ahead of time for my procrastination on this as well as the 
inability to complete them to 100% of my liking. There are still 2 subjects I 
was unsure about.
 * KDE Sudo
 * KDE PIM Enterprise

So if someone who has or knows more information could complete these, I would 
greatly appreciate it. Sorry once again for dropping the ball on this.
