mdz recommended looking at subscribed bugs instead of assigned bugs as the 
the "launchpad way" to do that, until he said that I'd never really noticed 
the subscribed bugs link, maybe it didn't use to be there, anyway 
theoretically that should be all bugs for kubuntu packages
