On the contrary, the install CD does not even include Midnight Commander,
which is in universe and not in main. In my book, that's a serious
omission. MC is arguably more generally useful than Krusader, since it
works in a terminal; it's also more known and used.
So, if we can't have both, at the very least please include MC. And in
Ubuntu/Edubuntu/XUbuntu (and the related LiveCDs) too!

Two other publishers turned us down for the [Head First] series
before O'Reilly took the chance. And I was nearly fired from Sun
for trying to sneak 5% of what's in Head First into Sun courseware.
