[Bug 549465] [NEW] plasma-netbook "search and launch" icons lose their default position/order on system language change (in lucid and karmic)

This happens in both kubuntu 9.10 and kubuntu 10.4 plasma-netbook >=
4.4;

If the system language is set/changed to another language (in this case
it is Turkish - tr), plasma netbook "Search and Launch" category icons
lose their default position. To give you an idea on what's going on, I
have attached a screenshot of Kubuntu netbook remix (10.4) search and
launch interface.
