Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

Plasma netbook top panel stays in auto-hide mode all the time, even the
"auto-hide" switch is unchecked. This happens on Kubuntu Lucid Beta 1
with latest (march 26) updates: plasma-netbook 4:4.4.1-0ubuntu7
