I was attempting to update my system when an error occurred. See
below....

I have attempted to fix the package in Synaptic and Terminal (sudo apt-
get -f install; sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get upgrade) but the
problem remains. I have also tried deleting the cache package files and
forcing the version to no avail. Lastly, I have removed and re-installed
all of the associated packages. The results were the same.
