[Bug 46864] Khelpcenter table of contents lists many sections twice

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: khelpcenter

Using Kubuntu Release Candidate Live CD, If you open Help, khelpcenter
opens, look on the left pane labeled Contents.  As you look down the
list you will see that some sections are listed twice.

I will attach screenshots to make what I am describing more clear.
