[Bug 46855] table of contents for Application Manuals is out of control

Binary package hint: khelpcenter

When I open khelpcenter and browse the Application Manuals, the sections
are totally out of control.  There is no way one could reasonably browse
to find an application.

The sections I have listed are:

Control Center (*)
Development
Find Files/Folder
Games
Graphics
Help
Information
Internet
Lost & Found
Multimedia
Office
Settings (*)
Settings-Modules (*)
System (*)
System Settings (*)
System Settings (*)
Utilities

I marked with (*) the areas that seem particularly confusing.
