The original is 
 
"Your SMTP server claims to support TLS, but negotiation was unsuccessful.\n" 
"You can disable TLS in KDE using the crypto settings module." 
 
The German translation sounds about right for your description and what other German speakers 
have told me, if you supply a better translation I'll pass it on upstream.
