Dear Ubuntu Kernel Team,
I would like to follow up on my previous message regarding the kernel
keyboard driver issue in Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04. The keypad from the vendor
*BOW* and the keyboard are working perfectly when booted with Windows OS,
but we are still facing problems on Ubuntu.
Could you kindly provide assistance on this issue? Your support would be
highly appreciated.
Thank you once again for your attention and assistance.
