[Bug 576992] Re: Hidden SSID still not work in 10.04

I use this insecure WLAN connection not for permanent working. Only for quick synchronizing of my PDA.
PC working is only with wired network. ;-)

But this bug is not dedicated to the WLAN security!
It should solve the missing ability of connecting to an AP with a hidden SSID.

So what must be done to get it working?
Where is the basement i must look for?
How can i find out what is going wrong?
