Query on IBM-Base- Layer

Hello Shruthima,

There may not be enough information in this email to diagnose this problem,
but I will take a shot.

The layer-ibm-base requires juju 2.0 to run. See the metadata.yaml file in
that layer, and in your built ibm-im-new charm.

Please install juju 2.0 on your system:
https://jujucharms.com/docs/*devel*/getting-started
Note that juju 2.0 introduces some new commands and some names have
changed. They are listed in the "*devel*" documents.

Also we found a bug against charm-tools package that will not run properly
if the layer directory does not have a .bzr or .git directory. I don't see
ibm-im-new in https://code.launchpad.net/~ibmcharmers You should
initialize the repository (bzr init) to make sure it has at minimum a .bzr
directory until we get the fix for charm-tools released.

Good luck!
