Query on IBM-Base- Layer

Hello Team,

I am working on IBM-Installation Manager with including IBM-Base-Layer( 
https://code.launchpad.net/~ibmcharmers/layer-ibm-base/trunk) as a layer , 
i have included this layer in layer.yaml and charm build is successfully 
worked.
  includes: ['layer:ibm-base'] 
But , when we tried to deploy we are getting the following  error.

WARNING failed to load charm at "/home/charm/charms/trusty/ibm-im-new": 
metadata: series: expected string, got []interface {}([]interface 
{}{"trusty", "xenial"})
ERROR charm not found in "/home/charm/charms/": local:trusty/ibm-im-new
..............................................

Could you please suggest us what can be the solution...!!!
