Making juju visible on your lan

Hello Charles!

Currently, I am able to bootstrap local environment and able to deploy
wordpress service as well as mysql service . After that I manage to add
relation between both of these services.

Also, I deploy juju-gui in order for me to see the interface of juju admin.

However, there is one weird situation (i am not sure) when my local machine
shutdown , and I run juju status then all those services in down state.

Could you please explain me, is this something normal when I work juju on
local environment?

Or is there any other reasons that lead to this situation
