READMEs for sure are on the list. All the incoming READMEs are handled
already, what we'll likely do is start to target really horrible
READMEs soon and hit them up and improve them systematically, though
if you run into a poor README and want to fix it, I won't complain. :)

Gustavo more to your point, we'll likely just wait for testing to land
so we don't lose momentum, the 3 acks made a bunch of sense when we
brought it up at Oakland, then not so much sense when vetted on the
list, so I think by the time we hit the UDS session we'll find a
decent workaround/compromise, though hopefully this encourages us to
land testing sooner rather than later.
