juju documentation now available

To be clear, the Server Guide is not a wiki, it is written with docbook
and maintained in much the same way that the juju docs are, with MP's
and bugs on Launchpad.

Juju deserves a mention probably in the Remote Administration section
of the server guide, which I've opened a bug for here:

I don't think the whole of juju's docs belongs in the guide.. just a
link to them, and perhaps a short example.
