Title:
apport files bugs for dpkg: Exec format error messages

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: apport

a lot of bug reports are filed with messages in the log:
dpkg (subprocess): unable to execute installed post-installation script: Exec format error
see bug #573556. IMO it doesn't make sense to file those for specific packages, it seems to be a broken local system. better explain to the user how to fix (I assume there are files with size 0 involved after a crash).

Most of those bugs end up as Duplicates of bug 512096 :
[MASTER] Exec format error : package failed to install/remove : installation/removal script returned error exit status 2
