Title:
do not report a bug when a module failed to build against an
  unsupported version of the kernel

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: apport

Apport should not file a bug report when a module failed to build
against an unsupported kernel (not from an official repository or
  custom made kernel)

  e.g bug 580392
  DKMS make.log for fglrx-8.723.1 for kernel 2.6.33.3-henrik-01 (i686)

Most of the time it fails to build because the corresponding headers
are not installed or incompatible with the current version of the
  module.

Instead of that it should display a message indicating that the user
is not using a genuine kernel from an official repository.
