There aren't any in unity.  If you want to change the resolution you do
it the same way you do after install.  With Ubuntu that would be with
the display control panel.  Kubuntu should have something similar.

  Screen resolution can not be changed

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  In the installer for kubuntu 14.04 alpha 1, I can not change the
  screen resolution. This is a problem when installing in a virtual
  machine, and the installer chooses a resolution that is bigger than or
  the same size as the real screen, and I would like to run the VM in a
  non-maximized window.
