Title:
  crashing processes dont let go of webcam

Status in “usbutils” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  every programme i have try from cheese to gst-launch will crash when i
  try nand record locally from it. when this happens the programme
  either becomes unkillable or becomes a zombie in either case it
  retains hold of the /dev/video0 and not even a kill -9 works on it
