The terminal window showed after browrer closure:
es at kubuntu-virt:~/Documents$ apport-collect 1358307

Package ubuntu-release-upgrader not installed and no hook available, ignoring
And I didn't have Virtualbox guest additions installed, when trying to upgrade.

I got a message:
Could not determine the upgrade
An unresolvable problem occured while calculating the upgrade...
I am running Kubuntu 12.04_32 (fully upgraded) under Virtualbox on
on Fedora 20_64.
