Hi!
At the end that command reported 'No additional information collected'.
Should I re-run the 12.04 -> 14.04 upgrade in a different way compared
to the icon in the menubar?

I got a message:
Could not determine the upgrade
An unresolvable problem occured while calculating the upgrade...
I am running Kubuntu 12.04_32 (fully upgraded) under Virtualbox on
on Fedora 20_64.
