Uprade to 7.04

I can see users on #edubuntu, but I don't get many responses to my
comments/questions.  I guess people are connected by not actively
monitoring the channel.

I noticed this morning that my cpu was holding at 100% on my server.  In
the older version I very seldom went above 65 - 70%.  

I finally just reinstalled the old version.
