AMD64 as server...but LTSP clients complain about not being amd64?

Or... not. The Edubuntu i386 6.06 install CD hangs on:

"MP-BIOS bug: 8254 timer not connected to IO-APIC"

Looks like I'll have to struggle with trying to do all that stuff in the 
"LTSPCrossArchSetup" guide... Dang I hate this part of learning new 
systems... :(
