I believe the reason for having a seperate dhcpd.conf file is to be as
less intrusive as possible, and not mess with the existing dhcpd
configuration.

Is it perhaps better, long term, to use update-alternatives for the
dhcpd.conf files, and just give ltsp's dhcpd.conf a higher priority?
