Proposal: reduce the maxmimum number of applicants per meeting

Do you think the current wait time is high? Right now the queue is
empty, and I don't remember people having to wait very long, except
(previously) because of DMB absenteeism but that's an unrelated problem.

Admittedly we do get bursts of high applications, but not very often.
